Pain is the price of admission

When it comes to investing in high risk / high rewards assets, such as crypto, pain is the price of admission. It’s the price we pay for potentially outsized gains.

To the outside world it appears as if such investors are getting rich without doing anything. And therefore, maybe, the gains are somehow unfair.

Holding an assets while it loses 80% of its value isn’t for the weak though. It actually takes a lot from a person to remain convicted and see the investment through.
